Following recent strategic discussions, Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) today announced the transfer of the DTC Tagging, Tracking and Location (TTL) business to metOcean Telematics (metOcean). Both DTC and metOcean are completely committed to ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support to our valued TTL customers.
To this end, the DTC TTL teams based in the UK (RDF) and in the USA (GPS) will transfer to metOcean with immediate effect. The RDF team will continue to be based at the DTC Solent site. Additionally, DTC will become a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for metOcean TTL products, ensuring that existing customer relationships are maintained.
This transition sees DTC further focus its efforts on the key strategic product lines of Video & IP Mesh (including Broadcast), Cellular, C2 and Covert (the Spectronic business). These product lines are seeing significant growth and DTC is now better placed than ever to capitalise on this and to explore the synergies between them.
