RMAs

To return equipment to either the DTC factory in Solent, UK, or to the Spectronic factory in Randers, Denmark, for repair or assessment, an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number must first be issued to you. Contact details for each site is listed below:

RMA Request

If you return products from multiple product ranges (e.g. defective products from both Covert Audio & Video and Video, IP & Mesh), you need to complete a separate RMA submission form for each product range.
